CONTRACT 12015
2012 PAVEMENT AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS
PORT WASHINGTON EAST, MANHASSET EAST,
AND BROADRIDGE AREA
(ESTIMATED COST $250,000 TO $300,000)
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT SEALED PROPOSALS will be received by the Village Board of Trustees at their offices at 1 Bonnie Heights Road, New York on:
Friday, May 25, 2012 at 10:00 AM
at which time they will be publicly opened and read with the Contract to be awarded as soon thereafter as practicable.
All bids shall be in accordance with the specifications, drawings and terms of the proposed contracts.
No bids shall be received unless made in writing on forms furnished by the Village and unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond made payable to the Village of Flower Hill in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality therein.
The Village will not accep bids from, or award contracts to, anyone who cannot prove to the complete satisfaction of the Board of Trustees that he has sufficient experience in this type of work and is financially able and organized to successfully carry out the work required in the specified time.
Plans and specifications will be available and may be obtained at the Village Hall, 1 Bonnie Heights Road, Manhasset, New York, 11030, starting at 9:00 AM, Friday, May 11, 2012, and thereafter, during normal village business hours.
A non-refundable fee of $25.00 is required for each set of the contract documents.

SPECIAL EXCEPTION PERMIT SITE PLAN REVIEW
VILLAGE OF FLOWER HILL
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special exception permit hearing will be held by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Flower Hill on the 17th day of May, 2012 at 7:00 PM at the Village Hall, 1 Bonnie Heights Road, Manhasset, NY to consider the grant of a Special Exception Permit for the construction of an outdoor swimming pool as required by §201-1 of the Code of the Village of Flower Hill for Mr. & Mrs. Papataros, at property located at 330 Dogwood Lane, Manhasset, NY 11030 also known as Section 3, Block 105, Lot 114 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.
This meeting is open to the public. Persons who may suffer from a disability which would prevent them from participating in said hearing should notify Ronnie Shatzkamer, Village Clerk, at (516) 627-5000 in sufficient time to permit such arrangements to be made to enable such persons to participate in said hearing.

Public comments on the SWMPAR will be accepted at Village Hall and (516) 627-5000 until May 25, 2012.
